Meet the Team Behind the Builds
We’re a small team by design. Every van that leaves our shop has been touched by people who care about the details, the systems, and the experience of actually using it out in the world.
We take the work seriously—but not ourselves. And we’re always looking for people who think the same way.

Founder / Builder / Systems Thinker
Thomas
Thomas is the reason this exists.
He’s wired to figure things out—whether that’s diagnosing a system issue, rethinking how something should be built, or pushing the business forward behind the scenes. He’s less interested in doing things the “normal” way, and more interested in doing them the right way.
In the shop, that shows up as high standards, constant refinement, and an expectation that things aren’t just done—they’re done well.
If everything is working the way it should, you probably won’t hear from him. That’s the goal.

Lead Van Technician
Jesse
Jesse is momentum.
He works fast, thinks on his feet, and doesn’t hesitate when something needs to get done. Give him a problem and he’s already halfway into solving it—usually with a better approach than what you started with.
He brings a mix of instinct, experience, and just enough chaos to keep things moving forward. It works.
At the core, he cares about building things that hold up—and figuring out how to do them faster and better every time.

CNC Technician / Cabinet Builder
Gus
Gus is precision.
He’s the one making sure everything lines up, fits right, and meets a standard that doesn’t leave room for “good enough.” If something is off, he’ll catch it. If it can be better, he’ll push it there.
He’s detail-driven in a way that shows up in the final product—clean lines, tight fits, and cabinets that actually feel solid when you live with them.
He also genuinely enjoys the process of dialing things in, which is exactly who you want doing this work.

Van Technician
Tyler
Tyler is consistency.
He approaches every build with focus, patience, and a genuine desire to understand how everything works—not just how to do it, but how to do it right.
He’s detail-oriented, reliable, and the kind of person who takes pride in the finished product because he knows exactly what went into it.
Outside of work, he’s a family guy—which shows up in how seriously he takes his role here.

Operations / Parts / Quality Control
Tiffany
Tiffany is the connective tissue of the entire operation.
She keeps parts moving, timelines on track, clients informed, and quality where it needs to be. If something is missing, delayed, or not up to standard—she’s on it.
She has a sharp eye for detail and a low tolerance for things slipping through the cracks, which is exactly what keeps everything running smoothly from the shop to the client experience.
And if you ask her, travel counts as personal development—so she makes time for that too.
